Company Overview

Oceaneering is a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on deepwater applications.

Through the use of its applied technology expertise, Oceaneering also serves the defence and aerospace industries. Oceaneering specializes in subsea services ranging from complete diving services including atmospheric diving systems to deepwater diverless services utilizing the world's largest and most experienced fleet of work class ROVs. Our business also offers remotely operated vehicles, mobile offshore production systems, built-to- order specialty subsea hardware, engineering and project management, subsea intervention and installation services, non-destructive testing and inspections, and manned diving. In 2006 Oceaneering's Deepwater Technical Solutions was consolidated creating a global Team supplying engineered hardware and services to our Oil and Gas Customers. Our mission statement is simple: "To provide cost- effective and quality based technical solutions and services satisfying Customer needs in harsh environments worldwide." Our business plan is equally simple: "To provide the best service to our Customers from the earliest planning days of a development through commissioning and beyond" Our toolbox is small but contains the strongest tools – world class communications, superb engineering skills, creative minds and solid business ethics.

Oceaneering recently acquired NCA , a Norse cutting & Abandonments company established in Tananger outside Stavanger, Norway in 1999. Now together we become a service provider to the oil and gas industry focusing on mature fields. Our innovative engineering approach, unique technologies and experience, help maximize the asset uptime and saves time and money in the well abandonment and decommissioning phases.
