The Mock Employment Tribunal will be tasked with determining claims of unfair dismissal and discrimination.
The event is designed to give directors, HR specialists and line managers an insight into what it is really like giving evidence at an Employment Tribunal.
After the mock hearing, there will be an opportunity for discussion about how the employment judge perceived the evidence and arrived at the decision.
The seminar will be preceded by refreshements at 4.00pm.
