This free webinar is part of our Masterclass series of webinars, giving you the business tools to adapt to the current climate.

Presentation overview:

Beyond Mergers and Acquisitions, if a company has a desire to grow, then this must be done organically.  It should come as no surprise that there are only four ways to grow a company organically but many organisations try to over-complicate their strategy before getting the basic foundations of growth in place.  As we emerge from the business disruption of the CoViD19 episode, many companies have had to furlough or release staff and cut their costs.  However, companies cannot ‘cost cut’ their way out of low revenue situations, they need to reinvigorate organic sales growth.

In this webinar we will look at the three layers of strategy that need to be aligned for a company to optimise it’s organic growth.  Real-life examples will be used to demonstrate the layers and attendees will be given a good strategic overview of the fundamentals they need to have in place to assist their organisations with organic growth.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A session during this Webinar.
